Put the right energy rating on every listing

Adverts that go out without the energy data end up showing a rating the property never had. Whoever publishes the advert must include the rating (RD 390/2021, art. 17.3), and advertising a rating that no registered certificate in force backs is a very serious infringement (RDLeg 7/2015, DA 12ª.3.d). Who it is for

Any agency advertising property for sale or rent. The duty to include the rating falls on whoever publishes the advert or allows it to be published, which is you.

Only this home's own certificate

A rating is only ever filled in from a certificate registered for that exact home and still in force. A whole-building certificate, an expired one or two that disagree are shown for you to check, and a property without a cadastral reference is listed so you can add it.
