Backfill your listings' energy data in one go
Paste your properties - your own reference and the cadastral reference - and we check each one against the official registers of Andalucía, Castilla y León and the Comunitat Valenciana. You get one file, attached to an email and ready to import: both letters, both figures and the date the certificate actually runs out. 15.99 EUR once for 300 properties, 0.10 EUR each above that, no account.
- A rating goes in the file only when the certificate is registered for that exact home and is still in force. Anything else is explained in the note, so nothing wrong reaches an advert.
- Expiry worked out the way the law does - five years for a G rating, not ten - and marked whenever we worked it out because the register publishes none.
- One column per fact, keyed by your own reference, so it loads into your software.
Where your report is
Each reference looked up in our copy of the official certificate registers.
Your file is built and waiting. It goes to the address you gave the moment the payment lands.
This is a read of what you sent - the references we could recognise. It is the count the report is priced on. A property missing from your list is not checked here, and nothing about the certificate is decided at this step.
What you get
One row per line you sent: your reference, the cadastral reference, both ratings with their figures in kWh/m²·year and kgCO2/m²·year, the certificate number where the register publishes one, and the expiry date. Each row says whether the certificate is the home's own, the whole building's, expired, or not in the Andalucía, Castilla y León or Comunitat Valenciana registers as of the date shown.
To keep it current
A report is dated the day it is made. The energy plan checks every property, reads each new listing as your feed brings it in, and emails you when a certificate needs attention - 3.99 EUR a month, billed annually.
