Is your whole portfolio actually registered? Find out in one go.
Paste any feed - a portal export, a spreadsheet column, a message full of numbers. We check every licence number and cadastral reference against the official regional registers and send you the verdicts.
- Registered, restricted by a municipal moratorium, or not in the register at all - per property.
- Checked against the official registers, not a copy of your own advert.
- 544,041 register entries across every region we mirror, refreshed every night.
Where your audit is
Each reference looked up in our copy of the official regional registers.
It goes to the address you gave. The link opens the full result and the CSV.
This is a read of what you sent - the numbers we could recognise. It is the count the product is priced on. A property missing from your file is not checked here, and nothing about whether a number is valid is decided at this step.
What you get back
A CSV with one row per reference: whether the official register knows it, the municipality it is registered in, whether that municipality has a moratorium or restrictions in force, how many registered lets that municipality holds, and the date of the register snapshot - the facts, dated, in a form you can act on today.
What you will not get back
The register entries themselves, and any monitoring. A licence that is fine today can be struck off tomorrow, and a platform will remove the advert before you hear about it. LicenceDesk customers get exactly this check re-run every night, with alerts.
